Hi, I am Pamela Ann. Firstly, a Very Special Thank you and Gratitude To My Father for giving me the Love, Support and Blessings in my journey. I had just started going into the food business since December 2019 that comprises of Pastries, Asian & Italian Cuisine respectively which simply relates to my bakery name of Sweet Bakes & Italian Cuisine. Generally, I have a strong passion for cooking which encouraged me to move into the culinary world. However, I had challenged myself to explore further into the Food World specifically, Baking and Cuisines.
Since
2019
There had been no special tutoring or trainings as it was all basically self-learning, trial and errors through books, good friends and You Tube which made me persevere to excel further. I had my nearest sources namely, my neighbours and friends who will usually order from me and utmost support from my family from the beginning until now. I cannot thank all of them enough.
Our
STORY
I am truly grateful to each and everyone of them who have appreciated my pastries and curries. They had usually given me good feedbacks which inspired me to do better each day and satisfy my Customers to the Fullest. Having said that, my principle Aim for my Food Business is what the slogan on my business card says *Indulge With Love*. I love to *Cook with Love* for my customers and satisfy them.
If God Willing, I trust and hope to take my food business to greater heights. I will strive and carry on my small business in rememberance of my Father.
